Right of withdrawal

Period

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your payment within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason. The period starts on the day of payment.

How?

Send an email to support@weddingsplanner.app including:

  • your name and email address (as registered)
  • Mollie payment ID or invoice number
  • a statement that you wish to withdraw from your payment

Or use the standard withdrawal form (PDF).

Exception: digital service delivered immediately

For a digital service that is available immediately after payment (such as our AI features), we ask for your explicit agreement at checkout that:

  1. the service must be available immediately, and
  2. you thereby waive your right of withdrawal as soon as you use an AI feature.

Have you not yet used an AI feature? Then your right of withdrawal applies in full and we will refund you within 14 days.

Refund

Refunds are made via the same payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement.
