What does weddingsplanner.app cost?
You pay once: €49 for Complete and €79 for Ultimate. It is not a subscription — pay once and keep lifetime access to your wedding file. Professional wedding planners can use the Pro plan at €29 per month.
Is it really one-time, or is there a hidden subscription?
Genuinely one-time. There is no expiry date and nothing renews automatically. Everything stays available after your wedding day, so you can look back at your texts and guest list later.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Click "View demo" and you will walk straight through a fully filled example wedding, without creating an account. You will see exactly how the checklist, guest list and seating chart work.
How does the AI seating chart work?
You mark which group each guest belongs to and who should not sit together. The AI then distributes guests across your tables while respecting those constraints. You can still drag anyone afterwards — the AI gives you a head start, you stay in control.
Can we plan together?
Yes. You can give your partner, master of ceremonies or witnesses access to the same file, so everyone sees the same up-to-date list.
How do we send invitations and collect RSVPs?
Every guest gets their own RSVP link that works without logging in. As soon as someone replies you see it in your guest list, including dietary requirements and any plus-ones.
What happens to our data?
Your data is stored on European servers and is never sold or used for advertising. You can export or delete your file at any time.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, the app runs in the browser on phone, tablet and laptop. There is nothing to download from an app store.
